I. Definitions
1. Wall Steals – online advertising service available at WallSteals.com domain, as an advertising platform that allows posting advertisements
2. User – a natural person of at least 18 years of age having full capacity to perform acts in law, legal persons and organizational units not having legal personality but being able to acquire rights and assume obligations on their own behalf.
3. Advertisement – a web page, shared with User, containing data and pictures posted by him as an advertisement

II. General Provisions
1. User Agreement defines terms of use of WallSteals.com, rights and commitments of the User and rights, commitments and responsibilities of the Administrator.
2. Upon accepting the User Agreement, the User declares that he has read the content, agrees to all its conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
3. To ensure the correct and uninterrupted use of the Store and services provided through it, the device used by the Customer should meet the following minimum technical requirements:

have an internet connection ensuring data transmission,

have a web browser, i.e. software used to view content available on the Internet. Disabling Cookies and Java Scripts may disrupt the proper operation of the Store's website, •

active e-mail account
4. In order to read e-mail correspondence and attachments to it, it is necessary to have:

in the case of email correspondence - an active e-mail account,

in the case of attachments, in particular text files - computer software supporting files of a given type, in particular .pdf, .doc., .docx, .txt, .jpg etc.
5. The scope of services provided by the Seller does not include the provision of equipment or software indicated in paragraph 1
6. The use of services provided electronically as part of the Store, due to data transmission via the public Internet, involves the risk of the possibility of interference by unauthorized third parties in the data sent between the Seller and the Customer.
7. The customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
III. General Terms of Use
1. A required condition for using the full services provided on WallSteals.com is to use a device able to communicate with the Internet and equipped with a web browser. In order to make a payment for a purchased product, it is necessary to have an active PayPal account.
2. The user is required to provide only true and current data.
3. The Administrator does not participate in transactions made by Users and disputes arising between Users.
4. The conclusion and implementation of transactions between Users and all payments in this respect are made directly between Users.
IV. Posting advertisements
1. Placing advertisements on the portal is free. In order to place an advertisement, it is necessary to create an individual account, which is done by filling out the form available on the website and having an active PayPal account.
2. The administrator charges a fee - commission, only in the event of the conclusion of a contract between Users and after payment by the Buyer.
3. The Administrator's salary is calculated automatically and depends on the selling price of the product:
a) 5% - up to 300 USD
b) 4% - up to 800 USD
c) 3,5% -from 800 USD
4. The user is obliged to pay the administrator's salary through "Przelewy24" platform or the "PayPal" service.
5. The advertisement posted by the User is valid for a period of 6 months.
6. After the 6 month period, the advertisement is removed from the portal.
7. Placing an Advertisement requires acceptance of the Regulations and filling in the appropriate form by the User.
8. When posting Items, the Seller must describe the Item in the most accurate way possible, indicating, among others, their possible defects or whether the item is covered by the Warranty.
9. By posting the Item, the Seller declares that the Item is in accordance with all the conditions contained in its description, in particular as to its completeness.
10. The Seller who places the Items will be entitled to remove them only if none of the Buyers confirms the purchase of the given Item.
11. Buyer's confirmation means an obligation to pay for the ordered Item in a manner and within a fixed period, provided that the Item corresponds to its description.
12. When posting a Product, the User should place at least one photograph of good quality of the product being the subject of the advertisement.
13. The number of Items placed by the User is not limited. It is forbidden to place the same Item more than once.
14. In addition, it is prohibited to post advertisements that are:

Misleading

Not consistent with the actual state of the item / item being announced;

Containing content and pictures commonly considered offensive, vulgar;

Containing photos showing nudity, etc.;

Violating the dignity of third parties;

Containing addresses, names and advertisements of websites and internet services;

Containing content or personal data intended to in any way violate the personal rights of third parties;

Bearing the hallmarks of acts of unfair competition, in particular they constitute an attempt to trade in counterfeit goods;

Violating applicable laws or the rights of third parties
V. Rules of responsibility
1. The User bears full responsibility for the published content, including photos, and is obliged not to violate applicable laws, rules, Regulations, third party rights, Administrator's rights, principles of social coexistence and decency.
2. The Administrator is not responsible for the behavior and actions taken by Users on the website.
3. The administrator is not able to control the credibility of people using the WallSteals.com website, in particular for providing incomplete, incorrect or false data and incompatibility of the details of the advertisement with the actual state.
4. The Administrator reserves the right to check the advertisement and suspend its publication in case of suspicion as to the legality of the origin of the goods or suspicion that the advertisement is an attempt to trade in counterfeit goods, as well as when the advertisement may violate the Regulations or applicable law;
5. The Administrator is not responsible for the quality, condition, origin or legality of the goods and services offered, the accuracy and reliability of the information provided by the User, as well as the Users' ability to make a transaction.
6. The Administrator shall not be liable for non-performance or improper performance by the parties of contracts related to the Advertisement, as well as for damages resulting from such a contract.
7. The Administrator reserves the right to delete the announcement, change the category or properly edit the published content (including photos) which:

are contrary to these Regulations and applicable law,

are widely considered offensive.
8. The Administrator reserves the right to fully or partially block the use of the Website to the User in the event of repeated violations of applicable law or the Regulations.
VI. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract
1. Complaints regarding the provision of services by the Administrator, referred to in these Regulations, can be submitted by mail to the following address: Wojska Polskiego 2/89, 72-600 Świnoujście, Poland or email: info@wallsteals.com within 14 days from the date of the publication of the Advertisement or the day when the issue should end.
2. The complaint should contain at least such data that enable identification of the Advertisement and the identity of the person submitting the complaint as well as the circumstances constituting the basis of the complaint and the complaint request;
3. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, the Administrator will ask the user to complete it in the indicated scope before considering the complaint.
4. A properly filed complaint is considered within 14 days of receipt. If it is necessary to supplement it, the 14-day period for its consideration shall run from the date of its supplementation. The User will receive information on how the complaint was handled by electronic mail to the e-mail address assigned to the Account.
5. The Customer who is also a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, with the exception of the costs specified in the Act of 24 June 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item . 827).
6. The statement of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted by the Consumer on the formula, it is a template constituting an attachment to the scope of use. Using this formula is not mandatory, and the Customer may make a statement on withdrawal from the contract in another way.
7. The Administrator declares that the Consumer will not be able to withdraw from the contract within the time limit referred to in point 5, if the contract has been completed in full at that time, e.g. as a result of the Consumer finding a buyer of the offered goods and concluding a sale contract between the parties through WallSteals.com
8. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely is not entitled to the Consumer in relation to contracts:

for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the performance of the service by the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the contract

in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract

in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs

in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery

in which the subject of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things

in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery

concluded through a public auction

for the supply of digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after being informed by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
VIII. Additional information for Consumers regarding the Loyalty Program and other claims regarding the Administrator

Pursuant to the Act of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 4 item 25 as amended), permanent consumer courts of arbitration operate at voivodship trade inspectors and are created on the basis of agreements to organize such courts. , concluded by voivodship inspectors with non-governmental organizations representing consumers or entrepreneurs, and other interested organizational units. Permanent consumer arbitration courts deal with disputes about property rights arising from contracts for the sale of products and provision of services concluded between consumers and entrepreneurs. In order to initiate such proceedings, the consumer should submit an appropriate request for consideration of the dispute to such arbitration court. In such an application, the parties to the dispute (data of the consumer and entrepreneur being parties to the contract) and the subject of the dispute should be clearly marked. To such prepared and signed application should also be attached a copy to be delivered to the opposing party (entrepreneur). A judgment of a permanent consumer arbitration court and a settlement concluded before such a court constitute enforceable titles. After the court has given them an enforcement clause, such a judgment or settlement, as an enforceable title, forms the basis for initiating enforcement proceedings.
